This was my day to day account of going through the Insanity Workout. It has now evolved to training for the Tough Mudder in April of 2013.

Day 28, 29, and 30
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. It's hard to right about the same workout for six days in a row. tomorrow is another fit test and the start of the harder workouts.
